A BAND
FOR YOUR
CHRISTMAS PARTY

Better than another playlist

A Christmas party people actually talk about afterwards

December is full of the same evening: a venue, a buffet, a playlist nobody chose. A live act is the part that makes yours different - and it works at any size, from a solo singer during dinner to a full band once the speeches are done.

Every enquiry is free and non-binding, and each artist lists a fee expectation on their profile, so you can check what fits the budget before you ask.

Musical acts for your office Christmas party

What suits a sit-down dinner is not what suits the end of the night.

A duo playing at a company Christmas party

Solo or duo

One or two musicians during the reception drinks or over dinner. Present enough to lift the room, quiet enough that people can still hear each other.

A band playing a Christmas concert

A full band

For once the speeches are over and the tables are pushed back. More players, more instruments, and a set that can keep a room going.

Musicians moving through a room as a walking act

A walking act

Musicians moving through the room rather than playing from one spot. Good for a standing reception, or when there is no obvious place to put a stage.

A livestreamed concert for a remote team

Online, for split teams

If the company is spread across sites, everyone joins by video and a live set turns the call into an actual party.

How it works

Booking a Christmas party band in three steps

Everything you need to plan, folded into the order you'll actually do it.

Find the right act

Settle the date, the venue and the headcount. Then browse the artist list for a solo act, a duo or a full band.

  • December books up early - ask 2 to 3 months ahead
  • Filter by genre, lineup and area

Compare offers

Send as many free enquiries as you like. Each artist replies with a non-binding offer, so you can put a few in front of whoever signs off. Settle the scope in writing in the booking system - that written record is what the contract is based on.

  • Nothing is binding until you confirm
  • Ask about song requests now, not on the night

Enjoy the party

Confirming creates the contract and reserves the date. You deposit the fee plus the booking fee, which is held in trust and only released to the artist after the event. An invoice follows by email.

  • Fee held securely until the party has happened
  • Proper invoice for the books
