Ready to Host Live Music?

Your Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Host Profile

In just 10 minutes, you'll have a complete host profile that touring artists can discover. Let's walk through it together.

Your Host Profile: What It Is and Why It Matters

Your host profile is your public page that artists see when they're planning tours. Think of it as your venue's listing - it tells artists about your space, location, capacity, and availability.

What artists will see:
  • Your venue name and type (home, garden, event space, etc.)
  • Location (city level - exact address stays private)
  • How many guests you can accommodate
  • Photos of your space
  • Your availability preferences

Before You Begin - What to Have Ready

Gather these 5 things first (makes it much easier!)

1. Photos of Your Space

2-3 good photos showing:

  • Where the artist will perform
  • Seating area if possible
  • Natural lighting works best
2. Your Venue Details
  • What type of space? (living room, backyard, community hall, etc.)
  • How many people can comfortably fit?
  • Any special features? (piano, good acoustics, outdoor stage)
3. Your Location
  • City/town name
  • You'll type it in and select from suggestions
4. Contact Preferences
  • Phone number (optional but helps artists reach you)
  • Email (you're already signed up, so we have this!)
5. Availability Thoughts
  • Do you have a date in mind? Let our artists know that you want requests for a specific date
  • Or are you open to artist suggestions?

Set your availability (optional but helpful!)

This section is optional, but it helps artists know when you're open to hosting:

  • Add a specific date you want to host your concert
  • Or pause your profile if you need a break
  • You can always update this later

Step 3 Additional Details Optional

These optional fields help you stand out:

How Fees Work: Three Payment Options

When booking an artist, you'll choose from three flexible payment models. Each artist may offer different options based on their needs.

Pass the Hat

How it works: The artist performs, and your guests contribute what they can (like tipping a busker). You pay a 25€ good-will fee upfront to reserve the artist.

Best for:
  • Budget-conscious hosts
  • Intimate gatherings (10-20 guests)
  • Supporting emerging artists
  • Testing the concept with friends

Hat + Guarantee

How it works: You pay a guaranteed minimum fee upfront (amount varies by artist), plus guests can still pass the hat. The artist gets the full guarantee regardless of hat collection.

Best for:
  • Mid-sized gatherings (20-50 guests)
  • Special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Ensuring artist security while supporting tips
  • Professional artists seeking predictable income

Full Fee

How it works: You agree on a set price for the performance. Payment is protected by our booking framework and released to the artist after the concert. No hat collection needed.

Best for:
  • Larger events (50+ guests)
  • Professional entertainers & bands
  • Corporate events
  • When you want a fixed, predictable cost
  • Your First Booking: From First Contact to Concert Night
