Dresden's deep classical music heritage makes it the perfect backdrop for intimate live music — and you can bring that tradition right into your living room. Whether it's live music as a creative gift idea for the next birthday party, soulful singer-songwriters as a highlight for the bachelorette party, or a party band for a varied corporate event - at SofaConcerts you'll find suitable bands and solo musicians for every taste and every occasion.
Find artists in DresdenFew cities in the world carry as much musical gravitas as Dresden. Home to the legendary Semperoper — one of the most beautiful opera houses on earth — and the Sächsische Staatskapelle, one of the world's oldest and most celebrated orchestras, Dresden has been a centre of musical excellence for centuries. But the city's scene extends far beyond the grand stages: the vibrant Neustadt district pulses with indie venues and jazz clubs, while baroque palaces and historic townhouses provide spectacular settings for chamber music and private concerts.
That legacy of musical excellence feeds directly into Dresden's private events scene. Whether you want a classically trained string quartet for a wedding ceremony, a jazz trio for a corporate dinner, or a contemporary singer-songwriter for a birthday gathering, SofaConcerts connects you with talented artists who bring real craft and care to every performance. In Dresden, high standards are the expectation — and our artists always deliver.
Everything you need to plan, folded into the order you'll actually do it.
Settle the date, the space and roughly how many people are coming. Then browse the artist list for a singer-songwriter, a duo or a full band.
Send as many free enquiries as you like. Each artist replies with a non-binding offer, so you can weigh up a few before choosing. Settle the scope in writing in the booking system - that written record is what the contract is based on.
Confirming creates the contract and reserves your date. You deposit the fee plus the booking fee, which is held in trust and only released to the artist after the event. You then get their contact details to sort out the last bits.
Browse the acts playing in and around Dresden, send free enquiries and book the one that fits your evening.
